Welcome to AnonCrib. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnonCrib platform ("Platform"), a discovery space where founders and builders explore what other founders are building, share public project information, and connect with one another.

By accessing or using AnonCrib, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

AnonCrib is a discovery and exploration platform. It allows users to:

• Discover startups, projects, and founders
• View publicly shared information about products and ideas
• Explore categories
• Connect or reach out to other founders independently

AnonCrib is not a marketplace, broker, investment platform, or advisory service.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree that:

• Information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account

AnonCrib may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may submit content including but not limited to:

• Startup or project details
• Descriptions, links, images, and tags
• Founder profiles and public information

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to share the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is not misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent

You grant AnonCrib a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content on the Platform.

AnonCrib does not verify, validate, or guarantee:

• The accuracy of any startup, founder
• The identity, legitimacy, or credibility of any user

All content is provided "as-is" by users. Discovery on AnonCrib does not imply endorsement.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for how you interpret and use information found on AnonCrib
• Any contact, collaboration, partnership, or transaction happens outside the Platform
• You must conduct your own independent evaluation and due diligence

AnonCrib is not responsible for outcomes resulting from interactions between users.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data without permission
• Use AnonCrib for spam, scams, or malicious activity
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Platform

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

AnonCrib may display links to third-party websites or tools.

We are not responsible for:

• Content or practices of third-party services
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party interactions

Use third-party services at your own risk.

All Platform branding, design, UI, and original content owned by AnonCrib are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Use AnonCrib branding without authorization

AnonCrib may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

You may stop using AnonCrib at any time.

AnonCrib is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonCrib shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from reliance on user-submitted content
• Disputes or outcomes between users
• Errors, interruptions, or data loss

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnonCrib and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content or interactions
• Your violation of these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of AnonCrib after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
